Becca has a degree in Art and Associated Studies (Pre-Art Therapy) and a minor in Psychology from the University of Evansville. Before joining Exponent Group, Becca has spent the past 11 years working in campus ministry with college students, international students, and young adults, discipling them in formational and missional practices. Throughout her ministry, she’s helped students discover who Jesus is, how to form healthy spiritual rhythms that bear good fruit, and what it looks like to disciple and equip others to do the same. As an artist, she is passionate about integrating the creative process with spiritual direction, and loves incorporating art with ministry among the last, least, and lost. Having walked with so many young leaders as they live missional lives, Becca sees the deep need for creative and healthy formational practices that help care for and sustain leaders’ souls so that they can thrive in God’s good Kingdom work.
