# What’s expected of partners?

Each partnership is unique. As relationships grow and contexts change, roles often need to shift accordingly. We maintain open communication and commit to being upfront and transparent about expectations—no long-term obligations, just a shared commitment to what’s next.

We also offer training, tools, and coaching for partners when helpful—and often learn just as much from our partners as they do from us. It’s a two-way street.
